When Dejou Marano, a Certified Specialist of Wine and hospitality entrepreneur became pregnant with her first child, she searched for an alcohol-free wine festive enough to toast this significant moment in her life, but soon realized there were few options offering sophistication, complexity and food-friendly flavors. With brilliant bubbles in mind, Dejou partnered with an energetic and progressive winemaker in Northern Italy to develop an exceptional alcohol-free sparkling collection. Dejou’s husband Marco, whose family that has been growing grapes and making wine in the Campania region of Southern Italy for over 75 years, works alongside her. The maker is Italy’s most awarded non-alcoholic wine, having garnered five medals between the International Wine & Spirits Competition and the San Francisco International Wine Competition in 2022.
